What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a valuable tool for individuals struggling with mental illness or emotional difficulties. What does the Therapeutic Process Look Like?
At A Different Box of Crayons LLC, we understand that the therapeutic is unique to each individual. That's why we offer a 15-minute consultation to determine if you and your therapist are a good fit for each other. Once your intake appointment is scheduled, your therapist will work with you to discuss reasons for seeking treatment, goals, and other topics that can help you on your mental health journey. We are here to support you every step of the way.
How long does therapy take?
It's great that you recognize the importance of personal development and growth. Therapy can be a helpful tool in this process, and the length of therapy can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Remember that healing is a journey, and progress can take time.
