Support Group – Participant Consent & Agreement Your registration and participation in this support group confirm your consent to the following terms: Purpose This is a supportive, judgment-free peer space for individuals to pause, reflect, and connect through shared experiences. This group is not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for clinical mental health care. Participation Participation is voluntary and self-directed. You may share at your comfort level, and there is no obligation to speak. You remain responsible for your own well-being during and after each session. Confidentiality All personal sharing within the group must be treated as confidential. You agree not to disclose or discuss other participants’ personal stories or identifying information outside of the group. While confidentiality is strongly encouraged, it cannot be fully guaranteed. Respect & Conduct Participants agree to engage respectfully at all times, including listening without judgment, refraining from unsolicited advice, and honoring the diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds of others. Safety & Reporting If there are concerns regarding harm to yourself, a child, or others, the facilitator may take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant appropriate agency or authorities (such as child protective services or local law enforcement) and/or recommending a psychological or mental health evaluation. Not a Substitute for Professional Care This group is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Participants are encouraged to seek support from licensed professionals when appropriate. Voluntary Participation You may withdraw from participation at any time without penalty. However, no refund will be provided. Registration, Payment & Refund Policy Registration constitutes agreement to these terms. Participation in this group is non-refundable. If the group reaches full capacity, stay connected for next available session or upcoming dates. Consent By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this consent and agreement.
